At WhiteRock Physio and Pilates, our Pilates classes are taught by Chartered Physiotherapists and Certified Pilates Instructors, combining clinical expertise with specialist Pilates training to support strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing for all levels, from beginners to advanced. With both Mat and Reformer options available, each session is carefully tailored to your individual needs, using safe and effective exercises to improve posture, balance, and body awareness.

  • All pilates customers must book via the b sport booking platform. Create a profile. Fill in the health questionnaire. Fill in next of kin and purchase their classes via the link. We do offer in person payments using the card machine or an online transfer option. 24 hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. Liability wavier in place and must be signed prior to attending any classes at Whiterock.
